- Age from 20 to 40 years old.<\/p>\n
- Graduated from universities or colleges specializing in economics, marketing, commerce, foreign trade, maritime, etc.<\/p>\n
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in LCL or consol export sales.<\/p>\n
- Understanding of the consol market and having wide relationships with master consols in the market.<\/p>\n
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.<\/p>\n
- Passion for business, proactive, creative, persistent, and determined to fulfill tasks.<\/p>\n
- Proficient in English language.<\/p>\n
- Ability to collaborate, share with teams, possess good health, honesty, and high sense of responsibility.<\/p>\n
- Make phone calls to approach, meet, exchange & introduce LCL rates (Master Consol) to Forwarder companies and close sales.<\/p>\n
- Manage and update Forwarder customer profiles.<\/p>\n
- Participate in LCL pricing with the LCL team & coordinate cargo exchanges with Master Consols as assigned by the team leader.<\/p>\n
- Regularly inquire, gather information, and understand the situation of goods from Forwarder companies offering consol container services.<\/p>\n
- Responsible for monitoring and collecting debts from customers within the company's specified timeframe.<\/p>\n
- Continuously update market situations in logistics, competitors, prices, and potential business opportunities.<\/p>\n
- Coordinate closely with operational departments to resolve customer requests, inquiries, and complaints reasonably and attentively.<\/p>\n
