Prequalification Criteria
- Age from 20 to 40 years old.
- Graduated from universities or colleges specializing in economics, marketing, commerce, foreign trade, maritime, etc.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in overseas sales/business development or above.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Passion for business, proactive, creative, persistent, and determined to fulfill tasks.
- Proficient in English language.
- Ability to collaborate, share with teams, possess good health, honesty, and high sense of responsibility.
Job Description
1. Develop Sales Plans and Strategies
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies and plans for the Sales Department to ensure company revenue targets.
- Synthesize, analyze, evaluate data, collect market information to propose suitable business strategies for each period.
2. Seek, Maintain, and Expand Customer Relationships
- Directly seek, expand, and increase new customer sources who need international freight forwarding services to/from Vietnam, North America, Europe, and other countries.
- Manage and maintain the customer base; continuously improve and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service Department to respond to and resolve customer issues.
3. Internal Management
- Participate in the recruitment process of sales staff.
- Develop training programs directly to ensure the quality of the Sales team, evaluate employees' performance regularly.
- Develop and develop sales processes. Conduct periodic evaluations of Sales processes and continuously improve and innovate.
- Set goals and KPIs for the sales department.
- Supervise the activities of sales staff, accelerate progress, quality, and work capacity of sales staff.
- Propose rewards/disciplinary actions for sales staff as appropriate.
- Plan sales team activities and organize implementation. Report periodically as required by the management.
